* All dogs must come in for prior approval

Laundry is located on the 1st floor of each building.
Machines are controlled by Bluetooth via cell phone

Heat: $30-$85 per month/based on square footage (higher during the cold months)

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
-All residents above 18 must apply, application fee is $50/each (this covers credit and background check)
-Credit score of 600 or higher to qualify
-Security Deposit is $1000
-Income requirement is 2.5x rent amount, plus 2 recent paystubs
