Application Process & Requirements - Application Criteria (all applicants 18+):
-Minimum credit score: 675*
-Income: 3x monthly rent
-Employment history – 3 years - enter employers on application
-Positive rental history – 3 years - enter residence on application
* Co-signers must be family member, and apply within 24 hours of decision*

To Apply:
-Each applicant (and co-signer, if applicable) must submit a separate application
-Include valid photo ID, proof of current and past income, and full 3-year rental and employment history
-Proof of auto insurance required to park on-site
-Renters insurance is mandatory (proof required)
