This 1920’s historic building acquires vintage built-in cabinets, hardwood floors, high ceilings with fans and natural woodwork. You and your cat(s) (2 allowed), will soak in the breathtaking views of the lake looking out your large grand windows. Card-access laundry, and cable/high-speed internet are readily available. Walgreens, Red Cow restaurant, Chipotle, Isles Bun, and other foodie delights are mere minutes away.

Rent includes heat. Residents pay cooking gas, electricity, pro-rated portion of water/sewer, $15/month trash. Renter's Insurance required.
