One bedroom apartment. Unit has tall ceilings, hardwood floors and natural woodwork. Heat, water, and garbage included in the rent and tenant pays for electricity, cooking gas for the stove, and internet/phone/cable if desired. Laundry is on site. There are limited off street parking stalls for rent for $75/month. 8x5 storage locker included in the rent cost. One month damage deposit. We do not accept dogs, but cats are welcome, up to two cats with $200 pet deposit (No pet rent).
