Located in the East Isles neighborhood, this one bedroom/one bath apartment has been updated floor to ceiling. The spacious unit has the following updates: A completely renovated kitchen (new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, new kitchen floor and granite counters), floor-to-ceiling tiled bathtub and brand new hardwood floors throughout. • Rental History: The applicant(s) should have a positive past rental history or have previously owned a home (with mortgage in good standing). This includes no late rent payments, eviction actions, lease violations, or other negative housing history.
• Income: A prospective Resident should meet the minimum income requirements must have a gross monthly income of at least 2.85 times the monthly rent
