We have a spacious, lower-level 2 BR available in a great and convenient Uptown location, right on Grand Ave with all of the great restaurants and shops! This is a well cared for building with an onsite caretaker to help with any issues. Have a delicious breakfast or lunch at the newest edition of Clancey's and have a cozy Cuban dinner at Victor's 1959 Cafe. We allow up to two cats, too!
