This affordable apartment has income limits for qualification. The yearly income limit for 1 person is $46,350 or less, 2 people is $53,000 or less, and 3 people is $59,600 or less. Those over the yearly income limit are not eligible for the apartment. The monthly income requirement is two times the base rent.
