The property does offer market rent and affordable units.

Affordable units are not subsidized housing and does not accept vouchers. To qualify for an affordable unit the gross monthly income is to be 2.5x the monthly rent while under the annual income parameters per financially responsible adults in the home.

A persons annual income must be less then a certain amount.
- 1 person annually: income must be less than $45,240
- 2 people annually: income must be less than $51,720
- 3 people annually: income must be less than $58,200
- 4 people annually: income must be less than $64,620

You must meet all of our other requirements as well.

Each loft-style apartment features high vaulted ceilings, a stackable washer and dryer, and a convenient extra storage closet. The kitchen is equipped with sleek stainless steel appliances, including a glass-top stove/oven, full-size refrigerator with freezer, countertop microwave, and dishwasher—perfect for both everyday living and entertaining.

Garage parking is an additional $110/month per spot. There is a waiting list as there is not enough parking onsite for each unit

Each apartment is already set up with internet and $60/month that will be added to the monthly rent. There is no way to opt out of choosing to have internet.

Pet policy allows up to 2 animals in the apartment. Each animal will be required to be fully vaccinated. A copy of vaccinations is to be provided to management before the animal may live on the property. Each animal moving into the home will be required to have a 1x nonrefundable pet fee of $350 for the first animal and $150 for the 2nd animal along with a monthly pet rent fee of $50/month per animal that will be living in the home. Dogs must be 35lbs or less.
