Garage parking is available for $110 per month, with limited electric parking spaces offered at $200 per month (only two available). Spectrum internet is pre-installed in each unit for a required monthly fee of $60, ensuring you’re always connected.

Each individual over the age of 18 must submit a separate application. There is a $50 nonrefundable fee per applicant. Applications remain valid in our system for up to six months and may be transferred to other Trekk Properties locations.

We welcome up to two pets per apartment. Pets must be under 35lbs ! All pets must be fully vaccinated, with documentation provided prior to move-in. A one-time nonrefundable pet fee of $350 applies to the first pet, and $150 for the second. Monthly pet rent is $50 per animal.

Please note that renter’s insurance is required for all residents prior to moving in.
