Affordable units are not subsidized housing and does not accept vouchers. To qualify for an affordable unit the monthly income is to be 2.5x the monthly rent instead of 3x the monthly rent of our market rent units.

A persons annual income must be less then a certain amount.
- 1 person annually: income must be less than $45,240
- 2 people annually: income must be less than $51,720
- 3 people annually: income must be less than $58,200
- 4 people annually: income must be less than $64,620

You must meet all of our other requirements as well.

This is an **affordable ADA‑accessible unit**, meaning it meets specific accessibility design standards while offering the same modern finishes and comfort found throughout Northfield’s newest apartment community.

Each person over the age of 18yr that will be living in the home will need to fill out a separate application. $50 Nonrefundable 1x fee for each application to be submitted. Applications are good in our system for up to 6months and can be moved to other properties.

Pet policy allows up to animals in the apartment. Each animal will be required to be fully vaccinated. Copies of vaccination reports are to be provided to management before the animal may live on the property. Each animal moving into the home will be required to have a 1x nonrefundable pet fee of $350 for the 1st animal and $150 for any additional animal along with a monthly pet rent fee of $50/month per animal that will be living in the home.

Registered ESA's do not require a 1x nonrefundable fee or a monthly pet rent fee.
All of our properties require renters' insurance by move in.

Security Deposits are equal to first month's rent and are due to be paid in full in order to secure an apartment.
