The fee compensates for time and effort management and or the landlord's and the resources that a company or landlord spends to process and tech service and requests. This also includes administrative tasks, managing paperwork, and processing data.

* The Total monthly payment a tenant will agree to pay is $1,013.37 for this lease term.

Pets are allowed with management and landlord's approval (2 pet limits), weight, and pet demeanor assessment.
* A $500 nonrefundable cleaning fee; there is no monthly pet fee.
* The tenant agrees to pay a $25.00 per pet per month mandatory fee if management/landlord and or building safety finds the pets have caused damage to the unit.

Each adult age 18 and older must complete an application and pay the nonrefundable $50.00 application process fee. We require a full background check, a credit score of 601+, income of 2.5 times the monthly rent, and rental references. Renter's insurance is required.
