This unit features lots of windows for natural lighting, hardwood flooring, spacious living room, on on-site laundry!

Tenants are responsible for gas, electricity, $50 monthly trash, and a $12 monthly admin fee. Owner takes care of water/sewer, lawn care and snow removal.

Bring your pets! Two small pets are allowed, cats or dogs. Pet fees, pet rent, and breed restrictions will apply.

Here are our application selection criteria for your review:
1. Preferred credit score of 600 or higher with no past due or collections (family co-signers welcome with a 700+ score)
2. Positive landlord references for the last 3 years: no evictions, UDs, or judgments
3. Clean criminal history - no felonies
4. Verifiable household monthly income of 2.5 times the monthly rent
5. $60 application fee per adult (18+)
6. Renter's Insurance is required with at least $100,000 in liability insurance during the Lease to cover damage to the Landlord’s property caused by fire, smoke, explosion, sewer or drain backup/overflow, sump overflow, or water damage.
