1 Bedroom with washer dryer in unit in separate closet. Nice sized closet in bedroom for storage, full bathroom with standing stall shower, toilet and sink. Full kitchen including dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave. Living room and dining room combined off of kitchen.

Guest access
Private driveway and parking space right next to the back door entrance. The back yard is fenced in. The back door lower level sliding door will have a lockbolt on it and tenant will be made aware on where they can get key upon check in. you have access to the entire apartment downstairs and there are two locked doors from both side that neither tenant will be able to open that access the other unit.

Back yard is shared, if you bring pets please make sure we are aware so we can let the other tenants know.
