Villa View Apartments located at 1616 Hardesty in Kansas City, MO is now open! This mixed-use community brings much needed affordable housing and market rate apartments to an area of high demand. The community is partnered with the Guadalupe Center to bring affordable housing to local families and teachers. Residents have access to the Guadalupe Centers programs such as free adult education, health, and youth services provided by GCI.

Apartments include in-home washer and dryer, ceiling fans, fully equipped kitchens including microwave and dishwashers. Several apartments include audio enhancements and handicap accessible features for those in need. All apartments offer a mixture of hard surface flooring with carpeting in the bedroom areas and window coverings provided.
