Each apartment home contains ceiling fans, blinds, fully furnished kitchens, and full size bathrooms, washer and dryer connections, wood vinyl plank flooring, and professionally painted walls.

A $22 application fee per adult; as well as a reservation fee; equal to the deposits is due at time of application, paid in a separate cashier’s check or money order.

**Reservation fee is required at the time of the application. This will turn into your security deposit after you move in. The reservation fee also holds your apartment. If you choose to withdraw your application, you forfeit your reservation fee, but if your application is denied due to credit or rental history, income, or student status, your reservation fee will be returned.
