You will find the Non-Smoking Upgraded 1-Bedroom Apartment has the same open floor plan as the Standard 1 Bedroom Apartment which flows from the spacious living room into the dining area and kitchen areas giving it a welcoming feel as you step through the door as well as offering many options for arranging your furniture in a way the shows your personal style. The bedroom easily accommodates either a full-sized or queen-sized bed in addition to other standard bedroom furniture. The kitchen in this apartment comes with:
• a full-sized refrigerator
• a stove/oven
• a microwave.

This Non-Smoking Upgraded Apartment has been remodeled and updated. (Neither tenants nor guests can smoke either inside or outside the upgraded apartments.)

This apartment does not come furnished, but furniture can be rented from the landlord as either a package for the bedroom, or a package for the living/dining room, or both, for an additional nominal fee per month.

The bedroom furniture package available for rent from the landlord for an additional $15.00 per month includes:
• a complete full-sized bed (head board, rails, mattress and box springs)
• a chest of drawers
• a dresser with a mirror

The living/dining furniture package available for rent from the landlord for an additional $15.00 per month includes:
• a couch
• a recliner
• an end table with a lamp
• TV stand (TV not provided)
• a small dining table with 2 chairs

To rent both packages and have your apartment completely furnished is an additional $30.00 per month.

Utilities included with the rent are water, sewer, and trash. The Tenant pays for the electric directly to the electric provider, KCPL. The Landlord also includes a Dish TV package with a wide variety of channels in addition to the local channels.
