The application fee is $50 + $10 processing fee for EACH applicant over 18 years old. The minimum standard lease is 12 months. The resident is responsible for the yard and all utilities.

Exotic and/or poisonous animals are not permitted. If you own a dog you must show proof of Renter's Insurance with general liability coverage and list Greater STL Rentals, LLC as additional insured. Pets must be spayed/neutered. Vicious dog breeds or dogs with a vicious history are not permitted. Dogs with a mixture of vicious breeds may be restricted.
