Pet Policy

A maximum of two (2) pets are allowed per unit: two cats OR one dog and one cat.
Dogs that typically exceed 25 lbs. at full growth are not permitted, except for approved assistance animals with proper documentation submitted to and approved by the Association prior to occupancy.
All dogs and cats must be registered within 30 days of the pet's occupancy. Pet registration requires a completed Pet Registration Form, a current photo of each pet, and a $75 registration fee per pet, payable by check or money order to the St. Peters Condominium Association.
Pets must be registered and approved prior to occupancy. Failure to register a pet within 30 days may result in a $300 fine, with additional recurring fines for continued non-registration.
When outdoors, pets must be leashed and under the owner's control at all times. Pets may not be left unattended in common or limited common areas.
Pet waste must be picked up immediately and properly disposed of.
Foster animals are not permitted. Visiting pets are allowed for a maximum of 48 hours with prior notification to Westward360.
Pet owners are responsible for cleaning pet hair from common hallway carpeting.
Pets that become a nuisance, cause damage, or display dangerous or vicious behavior may be subject to additional enforcement under the Association's pet rules.
