MOVE-IN PROCEDURES

Upon approval, all move-in fees must be paid within 1 business day to secure the rental unit. Payment must be made in certified funds.

PET POLICY

Pet Screening Requirement:
All applicants must complete a PetScreening profile through our third-party service. A Pet, No Pet, or Assistance Animal profile is required for every applicant, even if you do not have a pet. Please use the provided QR code to complete your profile.

Pet Limit:
A maximum of three (3) animals is permitted on the property.

PET FEES

• Base Pet Deposit: $300
• One-Time Pet Processing Fee: $125
• Monthly Pet Rent: $19 per Month

Pet fees vary based on the PetScreening results, number of pets, and the “paw score” assigned during screening. Final fees will be determined after PetScreening is completed.
