Electric and lighting have been updated throughout, with a ceiling fan in the main room. The apartment has its original parquet wood flooring. The apartment offers abundant built-in cabinetry and lots of storage space for its size.

A large laundry room is available for residents in the building's basement. For an additional fee, parking may be available in the building's heated garage (please ask). The building features a private tree-shaded courtyard that residents are welcome to use.

The location is footsteps from the intersection of Grand & Gravois and convenient to all the amenities of a great urban center. Public transit, supermarkets, restaurants, and Cherokee Street are within easy walking distance.

This is a bicycle-friendly apartment building. You may park your bike in the building's heated garage; if so, you must provide your own lock. If you'd like a remote control for the garage's overhead door, there's a $50 deposit for it. You're also welcome to take your bike up to your apartment.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or anywhere on the premises.

If you don’t have renter’s insurance, there is an additional fee of $9.50 per month for "Tenant Liability Insurance." Such insurance covers accidental damages to the apartment and the building, but not to personal possessions.
