A large laundry room is available for residents in the building's basement. For an additional monthly fee, parking may be available in the building's heated garage (please ask). The building features a private tree-shaded courtyard that residents are welcome to use.

The location is footsteps from the intersection of Grand & Gravois and convenient to all the amenities of a great urban center. Public transit, supermarkets, restaurants, and Cherokee Street are within easy walking distance.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or anywhere on the premises.

If you do not have your own renter's insurance policy, there is an additional fee of $10.50 per month for "Tenant Liability Insurance." Such insurance covers accidental damages to the apartment and the building, but not to personal possessions.
