The building's private courtyard is available for residents to enjoy. A large laundry room is available in the building's basement.

For an additional fee, parking may be available in the building's heated garage; you are welcome to ask. Scooters, motorcycles and bicycles may be parked in the garage at no additional charge, though you must pay a deposit for a remote control.

You may not need a motor vehicle to live here. The location is a short walk to the city's best-served public transit line. Within walking distance are grocery stores, many restaurants, bars and shops on both South Grand and Cherokee Street, and all the amenities of a great urban center.
