A large laundry room is available in the building's basement. For an additional fee, parking may be available in the building's heated garage (you are welcome to ask).
You may not need a car to live here. The location is convenient to all the amenities of a great urban center. Public transit, supermarkets, restaurants, and Cherokee Street are within easy walking distance.
This is a bicycle-friendly apartment building. We offer bicycle parking in the heated garage. If you'd like a remote control for the overhead door, there's a fully refundable $50 deposit for the remote. We recommend that you lock your bike if you park it in the garage. You're also are welcome to carry your bicycle up to your apartment, which is on the first floor).
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or anywhere on the premises.
If you do not have your own renter's insurance policy, there is an additional fee of $10.50 per month for "Tenant Liability Insurance." Such insurance covers accidental damages to the apartment and the building, but not to personal possessions.
