The main room has a ceiling fan. The building's private courtyard is available for residents to enjoy. A large laundry room with coin-operated machines is available in the building's basement.

Parking may be available in the building's heated garage for an additional $85 per month (please ask about current availability). Scooters, motorcycles and bicycles may be parked in the garage at no additional charge, though you must pay a deposit for a remote control.

You may not need a motor vehicle to live here. The location is a short walk to the city's best-served public transit line. Within walking distance are grocery stores, many restaurants, bars and shops on both South Grand, Cherokee Street, and all the amenities of a great urban center.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or anywhere on the premises.

Please note that there is an additional fee of $10.50 per month for "Tenant Liability Insurance." Such insurance covers accidental damages to the apartment and the building, but not to your personal possessions.
