Updated kitchen with newer cabinets and counter tops, stove, and refrigerator and newer flooring. New nice tile in bathroom with good clean fixtures. Washer/dryer hookups in basement. This tenant is responsible for a portion of the water/sewer/trash bill each month that amounts to $65.

Pet Policy:

Pets negotiable under 25lbs with $300 deposit $25/mo pet rent.

Qualifications, Deposit and Application Information:

Applications are $65 each adult. The application process includes a review of rental history, income and credit. Deposit ranges from 1-2 months rent depending on qualifications. Between the months of November to February we require an 15 month lease to avoid vacancy in those months.

Additional Info:

$65/mo additional covers water/sewer/trash utilities. Lessee agrees to carry a Renters Insurance Policy or Limit of Liability Policy for the duration of the lease.
