This one-bedroom apartment is on South Grand Boulevard, one block south of Grand & Gravois. The rental price includes appliances, heat, air conditioning, and all utilities except internet.

The apartment is on the third floor. It consists of two very large rooms and a tiny kitchen. There is lots of storage space, with a walk-in closet between the two rooms. Hardwood flooring throughout the apartment is in excellent condition. The apartment's two rooms each have entry doors into the hallway. One of the two entrances still has its original wooden screen door.

There is not a laundromat in the building. However, there are two laundromats within two blocks of the building.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or anywhere on the premises.

If you do not have your own renter's insurance policy, there is an additional fee of $10.50 per month for "Tenant Liability Insurance." Such insurance covers accidental damages to the apartment and the building, but not to personal possessions.

Parking is free on the street on both sides of the street on the side of the building, on Tholozan Avenue. You may not need a car to live here! The location is convenient to everything.

Walk to supermarkets, restaurants, coffee houses, the public library and post office. A stop for the 70 Grand bus, the city's most frequently-operating bus line, is footsteps from here. The 70 Grand bus offers direct connection to Metrolink, the city's regional rail line.
