This spacious studio apartment is across the street from St. Louis University. Its rental price includes a frost-free refrigerator, gas range, heat and air conditioning in the appropriate seasons, and all utilities except internet.

This particular apartment overlooks the building's landscaped courtyard. Electric has been updated throughout, with a ceiling fan in the main room. The apartment has a separate dining area and galley kitchen. The apartment has a large closet in the main room. There's a large separate dressing room with more storage space as well as electric, so could be used as a small office. The hardwood flooring throughout the apartment is in good condition.

There's a laundry room in the building's basement. Free permit parking is available first-come, first-served. Please note that there are only about 30 spaces of free permit parking. There is also lots of metered parking nearby. Meters are free between the hours of 7 PM and 8 AM, and all day on Sunday.

You may not need a car to live here. The main campus of St. Louis University is across the street. Walk to supermarkets, pharmacies, IKEA, City Foundry, Cortex, coffee houses, restaurants and movie theaters. The location is transit-friendly, with a bus line on the corner of Lindell & Vandeventer offering direct connection to Metrolink, the city's regional rail line.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or anywhere on the premises.

If you don't your own renter's insurance, there is an additional fee of $10.50 per month for "Tenant Liability Insurance." This insurance covers accidental or unintentional damages to the apartment and building, but not to your personal possessions.
