This studio apartment is across the street from St. Louis University. Its rental price includes a gas range, frost-free refrigerator, air conditioning, heat, and all utilities except internet. The apartment has updated electric service, with a ceiling fan in the main room. The dressing room has electric, so could be used as a small office.

This particular apartment is on the seventh floor and accessible by stairs or elevator. The apartment has western exposure, overlooking the Central West End.

There is no lease, but you must submit a rental application and pay a security deposit. If you do not have your own renter's insurance, there is an additional nominal fee of $10.50/month for Tenant Liability Insurance. This insurance covers accidental or unintentional damages to the premises, but not to your personal possessions.

Smoking is prohibited in the apartment or anywhere on the premises.

LAUNDRY
The building has a large and well-lit laundromat in the basement, with six washers and six dryers. Use an app to operate machines.

PARKING
Parking is first-come, first-served with a permit that you will receive upon arrival. Demand for permit parking is greater than supply. If you cannot find a permit parking space, you may park at any of the abundant nearby metered spaces at no charge between the hours of 7 PM and 8 AM Monday through Saturday, and all day on Sunday.

NO NEED FOR A CAR
Walk to supermarkets, restaurants, coffee houses, City Foundry, IKEA, Cortex, the Fox Theater and so much more. St. Louis University's main campus is across the street. Transit is easy, with two bus lines nearby (the #10 Lindell and #70 Grand). The Cortex Metrolink stop is about a 15-minute walk from here.
