This spacious studio apartment is across the street from St. Louis University. The apartment has updated plumbing in the bathroom with a new tile shower enclosure. The dressing room is large and has electric, so could be used as a small office.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or anywhere on the premises.

Free permit parking is available for residents first-come first-served. Please note that there is more demand than parking spaces available. If you can't find a free permit space, there is abundant metered parking nearby. Meters are free from 7 PM to 8 AM Monday through Saturday, and all day on Sundays. If you have a car, this location is truly "20 minutes to anywhere," as the saying goes in St. Louis.

If you don't have a car, that's even better! Walk to supermarkets, restaurants, coffee houses, City Foundry, IKEA, Cortex, the Fox Theater and so much more. St. Louis University's main campus is across the street. Transit is easy, with two bus lines nearby (the #10 Lindell and #70 Grand). The Cortex Metrolink stop is about a 15-minute walk from here.

If you do not have renter's insurance, there is an additional charge of $10.50 per month for Tenant Liability Insurance. This insurance covers accidental or unintentional damages to the premises, but not to your personal possessions.
