Free permit parking is available first-come first-served for residents. Please note that there is more demand than free parking spaces. There is abundant metered parking nearby,. Parking at meters is free from 7 PM to 8 AM Monday through Saturday and all day on Sunday.

You do not need a car to live here. Walk to supermarkets, IKEA, City Foundry, pharmacies, restaurants, movie theaters and coffee houses. Public transit is easily available, with direct access to Metrolink. The main campus of St. Louis University is across the street. From here, Cortex and the heart of the Central West End are a delightful walk through historic neighborhoods.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or anywhere on the premises.

If you do not have your own renter's insurance, please note that there is an additional charge of $10.50 per month for Tenant Liability Insurance. Such insurance covers unintentional damage to the premises, but not to your possessions.
