Lovely first floor one bedroom apartment. I took these pictures on my iPhone 6 so don't judge.

Lot's to like in this South City apartment: in the upgraded kitchen there are newer cabinets and counters, dishwasher, nice size sink with great water pressure, gas stove and full-size fridge. Also in the apartment central air and heat, double-pane windows, ceiling fan in the bedroom, spacious dining room with plenty of space for a desk or work-space.

It’s getting some minor touchups, but will be ready in a week or so.
