PET POLICYNo pets of any kind are permitted on the Premises without the express, prior written consent of Management.a. Small Pets Only: If Management approves a pet, it is strictly limited to small pets weighing under twenty-five(25) pounds at mature adult weight.b. Breed Restrictions: Aggressive breeds, including but not limited to Pitbulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Akitas,Chows, and any mixes thereof, are strictly prohibited due to insurance regulations.3 of 8c. Pet Deposit and Rent: Approved pets require a non-refundable Pet Fee of $300.00 per pet. Tenant is responsiblefor all pet-related damage, odors, fleas, pests, scratches, flooring damage, door damage, yard damage, noisecomplaints, injuries, and cleaning costs.d. Unauthorized Pets: If an unauthorized pet is discovered on the Premises, Tenant will be assessed an immediatepenalty of $500.00, plus $50.00 per day until the pet is removed or the Lease is terminated. Unauthorized pets are amaterial lease violation.Note: Legally documented Service Animals and Emotional Support Animals are excluded from fees and breedrestrictions in accordance with the Fair Housing Act, but proper medical documentation must be verified byManagement prior to move-in.
