4. Credit requirements - We prefer a credit score over 550. A credit score between 500 - 550, will require an additional deposit

5. No prior evictions in the past 5 years

6. Income requirements - Total combined income must be equal to or greater than three times the monthly rental amount

7. Security Deposit - Your security deposit is required with your first month’s rent or pro-rated rent. Security Deposit is equal to one month’s rent

8. Lease Terms - The standard lease is 12 months. The maximum lease is 24 months

9. No Smoking or Vaping inside the unit

10. Pet Policy - There is a maximum of one pet allowed. A $300 non-refundable pet fee is required and $25 pet fee per month
