This 2 bedroom 1 bathroom townhouse is located on the first floor and overlooks the historic Planter's row. This unit has a large living room and a kitchen with a bar top that overlooks the living area. Each bedroom has two sets of closets. The shared bathroom contains double sinks, ample storage space, and laundry facilities. There is laminate hardwood flooring throughout the unit.

•2 assigned parking space, limited guest parking in surrounding areas

•Tenants are responsible for utility setup and account management (Starkville Utilities & Atmos Energy).

•Pets are allowed with a one time, upfront and non-refundable pet fee of $350 per pet in the leased premises. There is a weight limit of 50 lbs per pet. Felines must be spayed/neutered. In addition, a monthly pet fee of $35 per pet shall be added to the rent.

•ESA/Service animals are allowed with proper documentation from current physician and the additional vet/pet records. Pet deposit and pet rent are waived if these requirements are met. Only one ESA/Service animal allowed per tenant.

•A deposit the equivalent of one months rent will be required.

•All prospective tenants must fill out an application and will be required to pass credit, criminal, and background checks. A Non-Refundable $35 application fee is required which pays for a third-party background and credit check.

•We require a minimum credit score of 625 for approval.

•If you are under the age of 21, you are required to have an approved co-signer/guarantor application, before we can begin leasing.
