Owner provides water and sewer, resident(s) pay fixed monthly electric fee of $150.00 and monthly trash fee of $30.00, both payable with monthly rent.

Coming from the west, turn left at the first Sun Pillar Loop turn off. Head up the hill to 755. Go to covered entry, that is access to the apartment.
