Unit 1 is a basement level studio that features bright windows for plenty of sunlight, warm wood paneling, and a cozy kitchen with upper and lower cabinets for storage. Off the main space is the full sized bathroom featuring a vanity sink for additional storage, linen closet, and standalone shower. Outside find a shared parking lot and green space for tenants to enjoy.

Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent with a $75 administrative fee per tenant. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant with water, a dumpster, lawncare, snow removal, and parking included. This unit is pet-friendly, so bring your furry friends along! There is a non-refundable $300 pet fee and $30 monthly pet rent. Restrictions apply, ask your leasing representative for more information prior to submitting the application.
