Each room has a ceiling fan, bright windows, and spacious closets for your use. Please note there are washer/dryer hookups only.

Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant with yard care and an on-site dumpster included in the monthly rent. Heat source is electric baseboard, no AC. This home is pet friendly, so bring your furry friend along! There is a non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent for each approved pet. Age and breed restrictions apply. Ask your leasing representative for more information prior to submitting the application.
