I’m 413 New Kent Place, and I happen to think finding a home in Cary should come with more than a great ZIP code and a long list of monthly bills. So I brought more.

I’ve been completely renovated, with beautiful LVP flooring, crisp white cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, recessed lighting, crown molding and fresh, modern finishes throughout. My kitchen is open, bright and anchored by a fantastic oversized peninsula with plenty of room for cooking, coffee, dinner, laptops or whatever else inevitably finds its way onto the kitchen counter.

From there, I open right into a comfortable living area with a fireplace and large windows bringing in plenty of natural light. No dark, dated condo energy happening over here. And did I mention I’m on the FIRST FLOOR?

No stairs between you and your front door. No carrying groceries upstairs. No questioning your life choices halfway through moving day. You just come home.

I give you two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, so there’s actually room to spread out. You’ll also have an in-unit washer and dryer, private patio and exterior storage, because the little conveniences tend to become pretty important once you live with them.

Then there’s my location.

I’m tucked into a quiet, established Cary neighborhood, but don't confuse quiet with disconnected. Trader Joe’s, groceries, coffee, restaurants and shopping are nearby, while Crossroads, Fenton and Downtown Cary give you even more places to eat, shop, explore and spend an afternoon. Major routes around Cary and the Triangle are also within easy reach.

Basically, I keep the busy stuff nearby and the busy feeling somewhere else.

Now, about those utilities... Most rental prices don't tell you what you're really going to spend every month. Rent is one number, and then the bills start introducing themselves. I've simplified that conversation considerably.

You pay electricity and internet. That's it.  At $1,775/month, that makes me more than a renovated 2-bedroom condo in a fantastic Cary location. It makes the total monthly picture worth paying attention to.
