The included utilities are your own Morris broadband FAST Internet router , Weekly Trash Pick up, Electricity (up to $100 per month included), and Water/Sewer. This is a great value because utilities can be very expensive and the utility companies require large deposits and electricity can be very expensive in the winter months.
