Application Fee: $75/applicant
Monthly Rent: $749
Security Deposit: One month of rent based on credit approval
Monthly Fees: $5 for pest control, $5 for trash removal, $49 for internet/cable
Administrative Fee: $25 due at move-in
Renters Insurance Fee: $15/lease holder/month
Pet Fees: Non-refundable $250/pet due at move-in + $25/pet/month
