Tenants are responsible for initiating accounts with electricity, water, and trash/ recycling collection providers. Tenants are responsible for lawn mowing or hiring a lawn service. Absolutely no cats; one dog considered with a non-refundable pet fee. Breeds commonly considered to be aggressive or dogs which are not fully house trained will not be permitted. No cosigners.
