We recently had to evict the resident in this home leaving a big mess behind.We were able to get the trash and personal items cleared out but still needs a really good thorough cleaning and will also need some flooring and drywall patches and a window replacement in the back bedroom as well.Rooms are good size with closets.This home is being listed for sale with the option of financing over a 60 month term. We are giving potential residents the option of saving on their monthly housing expense by doing the repairs themselves and investing into a home they will eventually own for $185 a month towards the purchase of the home. Alternatively, we can hire someone to do the work for a monthly home payment of $245.
Lot rent would be separate and is currently $425. water and electric service is billed by actual usage via meter readings. Residents must enroll with a private trash service which runs $25-30 Security deposit and first months lot rent will be due at signing in order to secure your interest in the home.
