Application Fee: $75/applicant
Monthly Rent: $799 for unit 308-P, $780 for unit 320-F
Security Deposit: $300 based on credit approval
Monthly Fees: $5 for pest control, $10 for trash removal
Administrative Fee: $25 due at move-in
Renters Insurance Fee: $15/lease holder/month
Pet Fees: Non-refundable $250/pet due at move-in + $25/pet/month

*12-month lease terms offered. If lease term starts from November to February, we reserve the right to offer a 16-month lease term.
