Just blocks away from all-things Downtown Raleigh, this brand new, 2-bedroom flat has exactly what you need to live easily, no matter your length of your stay. With its private balcony, custom furnishings, local art, generous prep zone, premium mattresses, and lots more, it’s as special as it is comfortable. And for folks wanting to be in it all, the location can’t get better. Minutes walk to dinner and drinks with friends, or an easy stroll through the Historic Oakwood neighborhood with its tree-lined streets and charming southern culture. Easy access to NCSU, State Legislature, Red Hat Amphitheater for all the downtown concerts and festivals, WakeMed, Rex and Duke Hospitals, outstanding restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and so much more.

In our flat, you’ll have a well-equipped, eat-in bar with huge prep area, brand new elite appliances, including standing freezer/fridge, 2-burner induction cooktop, counter oven & airfryer, electric kettle, coffee maker (with our Local Post Roast from local coffee roaster, Cafecito).

Our furnishings are a mix of vintage finds, custom pieces, and works of art from local makers. No wall-to-wall, flat-packed junk in here!

There are huge, lofted ceilings with large windows and skylights letting in tons of natural light, even on the grayest of days.

Head upstairs to the sleeping loft for the second bedroom. You’ll find plenty of storage, so you can settle in comfortably. There’s a dresser and hidden hanging storage, cleverly tucked behind the standing floor mirror. It’s a peaceful, well-thought out space.

Bringing a pet? We designed this space with you in mind. There are tough, pet-friendly floors and performance-fabric furniture — all in a super-walkable neighborhood close to pet-friendly bars, restaurants and parks.

Work from home? There’s a large desk, ergonomic chair and office storage. Or take a break on your own private balcony with café table and chairs.

Drive here? There’s ample parking, and it’s free, on-street, directly next to and in front of the flat. We don’t currently offer off-street parking.

Looking to travel outside of downtown? We’re a close commute to I-440, which connects to the rest of the city and its surrounding areas, including Durham and Chapel Hill.

So what’s it like staying in downtown Raleigh? Our neighborhood and its community is diverse and tight-knit. It’s a mishmash of all kinds of wonderful people — a mix of races and ethnicities, LGBTQ, young professionals, families with kids, and elderly people who's kin settled here in the early 1900’s.

Our own family has lived in this neighborhood for 15 years, and we love it! We raise our young children here, and have lots of different kinds of friends.

While certainly urban in nature, the neighborhood is considered safe.

If you're looking for a vibrant community with a diverse mix of people, housing and points of interest within a 10/15-min walk, this is a great neighborhood for you. If you're someone who's intimidated by an urban feel with the occasional gritty street corner or wayward drifter, trying another part of Raleigh might be best.
