Application is through Tenant Cloud and costs $50 per adult resident. We require 2 adult applicants per home. If you are a single adult, you can add a responsible co-signer. ALL ADULTS who will live in the home or visit for more than 3 days must apply and be approved. We are not currently accepting Zillow applications. Yes, we do pull a credit report, but the score does not matter as much as the content. Things like student loans and medical debt will harm your score, but not in the same way as multiple charge-offs to creditors. We encourage you to apply even if your credit is not so great. If your application is borderline, we may be able to approve you with additional security deposit. No violent felonies and no evictions for any adult resident.

There is a 1-digit number at the top right corner of the back door. We are happy to schedule a showing once you provide us with that number. This tells us you have already made the effort to visit the home and check out the yard and neighborhood. You are welcome to stop by and check things out on your own any time!
