The apartment is fully furnished. Clean and modern.

The apartment is located in Rolesville, a very safe and convenient location minutes away from Wake Forest, and convenient to Raleigh and close to all highways.

The monthly rent is $1400, and it is available on August 1st. The rent, and one month of security is required at signing of the lease.

Dogs are allowed. Your pet is allowed to have access to the large fenced backyard in the back of the house.

You have your own private entrance. The apartment is fully-furnished. The basement is bright.

You have a very large living room/dining area combination. The bathroom is small, but the shower can fit 15 people. The bedroom is large, and has a tremendous walk-in closet. You can use my microwave or kitchen. I also cook a lot, so that is one of the perks. You may use my washer/dryer upstairs. You may also use my back deck. Utilities are included. There are a few parking spaces available. If a nurse wants to bring a husband or wife that's fine.

All utilities are included, as well as WIFI for your internet. I also have access to Netflix and Prime.
