Rental Application (After Walkthrough)
If you like what you see after the walkthrough, you will have the opportunit to fill out a rental application online and each adult will need to pay the $39 application fee to the screening company.  We will then verify the information in your application.  Income (+) and utility/rental debt (-) are weighted heavily in our qualification criteria.
