Application fees are $30 per adult. Security deposit is a minimum of $500 and is based off of credit history. Once your application is approved, you can reserve the unit for up to 2 weeks for a $150 fee, that is credited to your account once you move-in. If you do not move in, the fee is non-refundable.

Two pets are allowed per unit with a fee of $25 per month, per pet. There is also a $150 non-refundable pet fee and an additional $125 added to your deposit.
