This floorplan is our spacious, and open studio apartment exactly as shown in the photography. Our S1 has a walk-in shower with glass doors, illuminated mirror above the vanity, quartz vanity and countertops, overhead lighting, stainless steel appliances, AC and heat, and a rolling shade on the window. There are also furnished options which would include a desk, headboard, queen/full bedframe, nightstand with lighting and full-length mirror. These furnishings are shown in the photography above.

In addition to your base rent, you will be responsible for $130 for the utility package which includes valet trash service, pest control, water/sewer and electricity. The units are equipped with Spectrum access for internet that is set up by the tenant. We do require renters insurance. You can choose to provide us with your own insurance policy, or we do offer our own insurance policy at $15 extra a month.
