Public sound access is just a few steps from your front door, which makes launching kayaks and paddle boards a breeze, and the beach access is a block away. This property is truly the best of both worlds! Upon entering the home, you are instantly welcomed with cheerful décor that boasts neutral sea tones and an open floor plan! The living area has a large comfy sectional and flat screen smart TV. There is a large kitchen table that can expand if desired and bar seating that leads you into the beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops.
